Registration Information:
All exhibitor personnel attending IFED World Congress are required to register for a badge. Registration forms will be included in the Exhibitor Services Manual that will be sent approximately 90 days prior to the conference. Exhibitors are entitled to two (2) complimentary registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth. Additional exhibitor registrations are available for $300 each. Exhibitors are invited to attend the breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, and reception in the exhibit hall. In addition, exhibitors are allowed into all educational sessions.
Cancellations:
Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing via certified mail, return receipt requested, to AAED Headquarters; 737 North Michigan Avenue; Suite 2100; Chicago, IL 60611. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. A refund of 50% of the total booth fee will be granted for cancellations made on or before February 2, 2009. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made after February 2, 2009. Exhibitor badges are non–refundable. |
